Yesterday, I'm meltin' in the HOT and today there's stuff blowin' in the air a'stoppin' up our SNOOTS! But, oh, blessed cold front. Makes me think of heated cat cups an' cozy nights in front of the fireplace...mornings snoozin' amongst the duvet and pillows on mom's bed. Ahhh! The first breath of Autumn!
Leeloo here is gonna miss the flies. Can you believe that? The flies! She's got this thing 'bout the wee flies batterin' themselves against the windows. She makes it her personal quest to assure the beasties a quick end-in the MOST entertainin' way possible. Whap! Bap! Bop! and then...nomnomnomnom.

I am sad when the cold weather comes because the lizards go away. Where do they go, I wonder? Oh well, we still have over 2 months of hot weathers to go.
We are EXCITED about Autumn because that's when Momma leaves the back door open for us and we can run in and out all afternoon! And um, I think Leeloo must be related to Alice.....Alice just sproinged off Momma's head because there was a BUTTERFLY in the window.....
We will miss the moths! We love to watch them flutter by and slam themselves into the side of the house, just under the light. Mom says we have Dumb Bugs. MOL~!!!

My boys will definitely miss the flies when the weather goes cold, but I will NOT! I find it so handy to have three fly catchers in the house :-)

The cool weather reached North Texas, too. From 107 to 71! We are so frisky today!
Oh it's been cooling down here too...and when it gets cooler like this, the spiders all wanna come inside! So we've been having some fun!!!
We've had the hots here all summer long - since May really. It has finally cooled off to tolerable temperatures this week. It won't be long until the leaves start changing colors and falling from the trees...and then we will get to listen to mom complain about being cold. MOL!
