I tried figurin' out what my mom was thinkin' one time. All I could get was a mishmash of house-cleanin', grocery-shoppin', and errands to run overlaid with a veneer of some book she'd been readin' 'bout intergalactic battles and grasers. Oh, and somewhere in there she was plantin' little squares of strawberries. (Notice I said I did this one time.)
What I'm thinkin' is fairly easy to fathom and much more enjoyable. Sunpuddles.
Friskies' salmon dinner.
There's a little itch behind my left ear.
Honk-shoooooo.
Headin' for the litter box.
Stuff like that.
Now, sometimes I'm thinkin' 'bout jumpin' out at Leeloo from behind the closet drapes.
And sometimes, I'm thinkin' 'bout BOPpin' that dog into next week.
But on the whole, it's pretty tame stuff.

I DO unnerstand all that. Sometimes TBT looks at me walking on the keyboard or noospaper an he just looks ALL poofed annoyed.
But sometimes we are sittin in front of the TV and I am draped up all over him chest with my face a few inchs away from his an he is scritchin my chin an I SWEAR I see utter total love in his eyes.
I'm not sure I should mention this, but sometimes he, well, kisses me... right on the top of my head.
But I saw him with my own eyes do that with Ayla just yesserday. So I dont know if he is really faithful.
He says he loves us both very much... Should I trust him?
Naps, games, treats and snuggles! That pretty much sums it up!!! Life is good!

My mom doesn't have any interesting thoughts in her head, I'm sure. I think about lots of stuff - which mousie am I going to play with, how can I get Fuzzy to chase me, what can I do next to annoy my mom, how can I get Fuzzy to come down to her food dish so we can both get some Fancy Feast. You know, important stuff.

We agree, the Momster usually has way too much going on in that curly head of hers to try to figure it out. And then there is Phantom who likes to sit by the window and just stare out there. What is he thinking?

We wasn't thinking we was dreaming...okay, we is thinking naps, den some food, den some cuddle time. Maybe a little red dot play and den another nap. We don't know what mom thinks about cuz she neffur holds still long enuff to read her thawts!
I try to not contemplate what the people are thinking, because no kitty should have to contemplate that much chaos.
